Viewing available at The WedInn Bridal Studio: You can book a free fitting to try on any of the dresses at our bridal studio in Sunningdale, Cape Town. This way, you can get a firsthand look at the gown you’re interested in. If you can’t view or fit, you can still bid! Virtual viewing options will also be available for remote buyers. “Closed Bid” Wedding Dress Auction
Auction Type: This wedding dress auction will be conducted as a closed bid auction. In this format, bidders will submit their bids privately, without the ability to view or be influenced by the bids of other participants.
Bid Submission: Bids must be submitted online through our designated platform. Bidders complete the form and enter a bid. Bids are binding commitments to purchase the dress at the bid price.
Bid Confidentiality: All bids submitted in the closed bid auction will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to other bidders during the bidding process.
Privacy: Personal information collected during the auction process will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Bid Deadline: Bidders must submit their bids by the specified deadline. Late bids will not be considered.
Notification of Winning Bidder: After the bidding closes THE WEDINN will notify the winning bidder via their contact information provided. The highest bid will be declared the winner.
Payment: The winning bidder will be required to make full payment for the dress within 24hours. We accept all major credit/debit cards, and eft payments.
Bid Binding: Bids submitted in this closed bid auction are binding commitments to purchase the dress at the bid price. The winning bidder is expected to honor their commitment to purchase the dress.
Minimum Bids: Each dress has a minimum starting bid, which is specified for each dress. Bids must meet or exceed this minimum.
No Alterations Included.
As-Is: It’s important to note that all dresses will be sold “as is.” Since these are pre-loved gowns, they may have minor wear or imperfections. Buyers are encouraged to view the dress in person. All dresses listed in this auction are designer wedding dresses, made to measure. Due to the nature of made-to-measure garments, sizing may vary slightly.
No Refunds: There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once the highest bid is accepted, it’s considered sold and payment should be done within 24 hours.
Pick-Up/Delivery: The winning bidder is responsible for arranging dress pickup from The WedInn Studio. Courier options will be available at an additional cost.
